In 1999, BCP moved towards a more formal partnership structure. Now, BCP is a partnership composed of majority owner Randall Pike and the following partners: Gilles DeCharsonville, James Harper, Ricardo Houson, Juan Carlos Luque, Umberto Marmol, Walter Molano, Steve Owens, Samy Podlubny, Andre Sieh and David Smith. Annually, BCP distributes newly-created shares to existing partners and additional members of the team are considered for partnership.
