Privacy Policy

Keeping customer information secure is a top priority for all of us at BCP Securities (BCP). We are providing this privacy notice to our customers in order to help you understand how we handle the information you provide to us. The provisions of this notice will apply to former clients as well as our current clients unless stated otherwise.

In order to remain compliant with the Patriot Act, the Know Your Customer rules and various other Anti Money Laundering regulations, BCP needs to collect certain kinds of identifying information (such as your name, address, telephone number, and Social Security number), application information (such as information about your assets, income, investment goals, and risk preferences), and transaction information (such as account activity information). BCP will only use this information in ways that are in accordance with the purposes for which we originally requested it. For example, we might use the information you give us to process your requests and transactions, to provide you with additional information about products and services, or to evaluate your financial needs. We may share this personal information with a BCP Securities affiliate. We limit the collection and use of personal information to what is necessary to administer our business and to deliver superior service to you.

BCP will not share personal information with others except as stated in this policy, unless we receive your permission. BCP reserves the right to disclose or report the personal information in certain circumstances: (1) BCP deems necessary or appropriate, to handle, process and clear transactions in accounts; (2) as required by law, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities.

BCP does not sell its customers’ or potential customers’ personal information. We will protect the confidentiality of any personal information you share with us. BCP’s corporate policies require that employees with access to confidential customer information may not use or disclose the information except for business use. All employees are required to safeguard such information.

If BCP changes the privacy policy, a revised customer privacy notice will promptly be posted to our web site (www.BCPsecurities.com). You agree to accept posting of a revised customer privacy notice electronically on the web site as actual notice to you.
